1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bizzna CRM ("the Platform"), owned and operated by SKYTRACK S.A., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Bizzna CRM offers cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) services. Access and use of the Platform are provided via a paid subscription.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
Payment is required at the start of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension. All account data will be permanently deleted after one (1) month of non-payment.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to SKYTRACK S.A.

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful activities.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or compromise the Platform’s security.
Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or SKYTRACK S.A. systems.

7. Service Availability

SKYTRACK S.A. aims for 99.9% uptime for the Bizzna CRM platform.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Bizzna CRM platform — including software, logos, trademarks, designs, content, and documentation — are and shall remain the exclusive property of SKYTRACK S.A..
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bizzna under these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without written permission from SKYTRACK S.A.

9. Termination

SKYTRACK S.A. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bizzna CRM if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bizzna CRM and SKYTRACK S.A. are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
You will be notified of major changes. Continued use of Bizzna CRM after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
